- Billing information — recharge amounts, invoices and transaction references. Card/bank/UPI details are collected and processed directly by our payment partner (Razorpay); we do not store full payment credentials.
- Usage & call data — call metadata (numbers, time, duration, status), call recordings, transcripts, AI summaries, and dashboards/logs generated from your use.
- Contact data you provide — the phone numbers and contact details you upload or dial through the Service, for which you are the controller.
- Technical data — device, browser, IP address and cookies used to operate and secure the Service.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate and improve the Service (placing/receiving calls, running AI agents, logs, recordings, billing).
- To process payments, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms.
- To provide support and communicate service, security and account notices.
- To comply with legal obligations and lawful requests.
3. Sharing & sub-processors
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed to run the Service, with providers such as:
- Telephony/SIP carriers — to originate and terminate phone calls.
- AI model providers — to generate conversational responses and transcripts.
- Payment gateway (Razorpay) — to process recharges securely.
- Cloud hosting & infrastructure — to store and serve data.

4. Call recording & consent
The Service records and transcribes calls to provide its features. Where you use the Service to call others, you are responsible for informing participants and obtaining any consent required by applicable law.
