Shipping & Delivery Policy

Salesnix, operated by GNIX Semiconductors Private Limited, is a digital software service. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so no physical shipping or delivery charges apply.
1. Digital delivery
- Prepaid credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment confirmation from our payment gateway. In rare cases where a payment is pending verification, credits are added as soon as the payment is confirmed (typically within a few minutes).
- Virtual phone numbers you rent from our pool are activated instantly on your account. Numbers that must be provisioned from the carrier are activated once provisioning completes, and you are notified in your dashboard.
- Access to the platform, dashboards, call logs and recordings is available online through your account at all times, subject to your balance and these policies.
2. Service availability
Because delivery is electronic, there is no tracking, courier or physical dispatch. If credits or a number are not activated after a successful payment, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly (see our Cancellation & Refund Policy for payment issues).
