These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Salesnix platform, websites and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by GNIX Semiconductors Private Limited("Salesnix", "we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Salesnix provides an AI-powered conversational calling platform that lets businesses place and receive voice calls (over telephone numbers and messaging channels) using automated AI agents, along with related dashboards, call logs, recordings and integrations. The Service is provided on a prepaid basis and is intended for business use only.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind your organisation. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for all activity under your account, and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Prepaid credits, numbers & billing
- The Service runs on prepaid credits (1 credit = ₹1). You purchase credits in advance and usage is deducted from your balance.
- Calls are billed per minute at the rate shown in your dashboard. Virtual phone numbers are rented on a monthly basis at the price shown at purchase.
- All prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. 18% GST (or the then-applicable rate) is added at the time of recharge, along with any payment-gateway fee where indicated.
- Payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay). We do not store your full card or bank details.
- Consumed usage (call minutes, number rentals, and other services already delivered) is non-refundable. Where a number is provided on credit terms, the amount owed is reserved against your balance and settled from your next payment.
- New calls may be blocked when your available balance reaches zero. In-progress calls are not interrupted.
4. Acceptable use & telecom compliance
You agree to use the Service lawfully and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including telecom and data-protection laws. In particular, you agree that you will not:
- place calls without the necessary consent of the called party, or contact numbers registered under Do-Not-Disturb / DND or similar preference registries in violation of TRAI or other applicable rules;
- use the Service for spam, fraud, harassment, impersonation, unlawful telemarketing, or any illegal, deceptive or abusive purpose;
- transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party rights;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content of your calls, for the contacts you upload, and for obtaining all consents required to call them.
5. Call recording
The Service may record and transcribe calls to provide features such as logs and summaries. You are responsible for informing participants and obtaining any consent required by law before recording. You must configure and use recording features in compliance with applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including all software, content and trademarks, is owned by GNIX Semiconductors Private Limited or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service per these Terms. You retain ownership of the data and content you provide.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, telephony carriers, AI model providers, and payment gateways). Your use may be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated conversations may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GNIX Semiconductors Private Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
9. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse. You may stop using the Service at any time. Unused credits are handled per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at our registered place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
