Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for the Salesnix platform, operated by GNIX Semiconductors Private Limited. Salesnix is a prepaid service (1 credit = ₹1); you purchase credits in advance and usage is deducted as you use the Service.
1. Prepaid credits
- Credits are added to your balance after a successful recharge (recharge amount + applicable GST and any payment-gateway fee).
- Credits already consumed — through call minutes, monthly number rentals, add-on channels, or other delivered services — are non-refundable.
- Unused credits may be refunded at our discretion within 7 days of the recharge, provided none of that recharge has been used, less any applicable taxes and gateway charges that are non-recoverable. Requests after 7 days, or for partially used recharges, are generally not eligible.
2. Phone numbers & subscriptions
- Virtual numbers are rented monthly. You can stop the renewal of a number at any time; it then remains active until the end of the current paid cycle and is not renewed thereafter.
- Monthly rentals are charged for the full cycle and are not pro-rated or refunded for partial-month use.
3. Failed, duplicate or incorrect charges
If you are charged but credits are not added, or you are charged twice for the same order, we will verify and refund the affected amount to your original payment method. Verified refunds are processed through our payment partner (Razorpay), typically within 5–7 business days, though your bank may take additional time to reflect it.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@salesnix.com (or call +91 74208 54930) from your registered account, with your account/company name, the payment/transaction reference, and the reason for the request. We will acknowledge and respond within a reasonable time.
5. Discretion & law
Except where a non-refundable position is stated above, refunds are granted at our reasonable discretion. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable law.
